Isfa Khirul Haque Shimul, the Managing Director of Grand Riverview Hotel, is a dynamic individual known for his boundless energy and zeal. Born into a noble Muslim family in the village of Biraldah, Puthia, Rajshahi on October 5th, 1974, Ishfa comes from a long lineage of achievers. His father, Late Md. Eftab Khairul Haque was a highly respected figure in the local community.
After obtaining his Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Rajshahi University in 1996, Ishfa chose entrepreneurship over the traditional government job route. This bold move marked the beginning of his remarkable journey as an Industrialist. In spite of various hurdles, he ventured into the challenging field of business by establishing his first company, "Tiles View", which dealt in tile display and sampling in Rajshahi.
With his exceptional drive, innovative vision, and relentless approach towards success, Ishfa transformed the face of tourism in Rajshahi. Over a period of seven years (from 2015 to 2022), he broke new ground by introducing the first 4-star luxury hotel, "Grand Riverview". Understanding the potential of this region, he developed unique approaches towards making Rajshahi a key player in the hotel industry.
